I expect everyone is doing well or at least breathing. I'm not going to take to much time here. I need to get some to sleep. I've always enjoyed reading and listening to Motivational Speakers/Gurus, and Self-Help Books. Yet I have not really succeeded at what they trying to sell.  Honestly, I want to do what they are doing but I don't have their level of experience and success. So I thought I really need to prove to myself that I can do it.  I have to qualify myself for me. Therefore, I have three goals for the next 30 days: 1. Sleep for 8 hours per night . 2. Exercise for 30 minutes each day 3. Read for 1 hour each day. .
